Be the Ball

First you have to learn how to swing, then you have to forget how to swing.  Staying out of your own way or being in the zone, Buddha mind or a quiet calm; good golf shots come from the same place.   A single swing thought is a mantra in your meditation.  By occupying your conscious mind with a single specific task, it wanders less and allows your subconscious, inner golfer to act unimpeded.
