Long Drives

Clubhead speed is more important than power in hitting the golf ball far.  Increasing clubhead speed is about turning without restriction.  Restriction includes rerouting the club, steering, and squeezing.  Try swinging at an imaginary golf ball off an imaginary 4 foot high tee.  Swing hard, baseball style; release the club, feeling the speed and hearing a whoosh.  This is a tension free swing you can emulate with your real shot. Now hit the ball with you eyes closed. Easier than you than you might think. This also accentuates tension and makes a fluid swing and long ball possible,
